You do not need finished artwork or exact dimensions to start. We can create the complete packaging design free of charge. Material suitability and any shelf-life requirements must be assessed for your actual product, equipment and storage conditions.

Can I order a small batch of custom snack bags?
Yes. Standard custom-printed pouches start at 100 bags for each design and specification. Different designs, sizes, materials and finishes are counted separately; quantities cannot be pooled to meet the minimum. Custom-shaped pouches start at 100 bags per design and specification. For smaller quantities, ask about available stock bags and existing factory samples. Rollstock requirements are reviewed separately with our sales team.
Can you design a complete potato chip bag for my brand?
Yes. We have made potato chip packaging and can create the complete packaging design free of charge, including digital artwork proofs. Share your logo, preferred style, pack weight, product information and any reference images. Tell us how you plan to fill and seal the bags so we can review the format and material requirements. Custom-printed physical samples can be arranged for a fee; our sales team will confirm plate-making and any other charges before you proceed.
Do you supply premade bags or rollstock for potato chips?
We supply both premade bags and printed rollstock for automatic packaging machines. If you use nitrogen flushing, we can develop the packaging to suit your equipment requirements. Share the machine specifications, filling and sealing method, pack weight and target shelf life so our team can confirm the appropriate packaging specification. Suitability must be reviewed for your actual product and equipment.
How do I start a custom snack packaging project?
Send the product you want to pack, fill weight, quantity for each design and specification, destination country and postal code. Include your logo, artwork or reference images if available. You do not need to know the exact pouch dimensions or material to start. We help confirm the specification before preparing a formal quotation; we do not provide preliminary price estimates.
What are the production lead time and sample options?
Production can take as little as 5 working days, but larger quantities may require more time. Confirm the schedule and delivery arrangements for your order with our sales team. Existing factory sample bags are free, with shipping paid by you, and are dispatched the next day after sample selection and shipping payment are confirmed.
