Small-batch coffee packaging: your ordering questions answered
Can I order a small batch of custom coffee bags?
Yes. Standard coffee pouches start at 100 bags for each design and specification, including pouches with a zipper and one-way degassing valve. Valves are charged separately. Each design, size, material and finish is counted separately; quantities cannot be pooled to meet the minimum. For example, 250 g and 500 g packs are separate specifications even with the same design. Custom-shaped pouches start at 100 bags per design and specification.
Can you design the complete coffee bag for my brand?
Yes. We can create the complete packaging design free of charge, including digital artwork proofs. Share your logo, preferred style, pack weight, product information and reference images, if available. Custom-printed physical samples are different from digital proofs: they can be arranged for a fee, with plate-making and any other charges confirmed by our sales team before you proceed.
How do I start a custom coffee packaging project?
Tell us whether you pack whole beans or ground coffee, the fill weight, quantity for each design and specification, destination country and postal code. Include your artwork or references if available, and tell us about your filling method and valve or zipper requirements. Exact dimensions and material specifications are not required to start the conversation. We provide a formal quotation after the specifications, quantities and delivery requirements are confirmed, rather than a preliminary price estimate.
How quickly can my order be produced?
Production can take as little as 5 working days. This is the fastest lead time, not a fixed promise for every order. Larger quantities may require more time. Please confirm the schedule for your specific order, including production and delivery arrangements, with our sales team.
Can I see sample bags before ordering?
Yes. Existing factory sample bags are available in all pouch types free of charge; you pay the shipping cost. We dispatch them the next day after you confirm the sample selection and pay the shipping charges. If your quantity is below the custom-printing minimum, ask about available stock bags.
