The outside pouch size is not the same as its usable filling space. Seals and the zipper take up room, so capacity should be checked against your actual product.

Lay-flat zipper pouch questions
Can different designs share the 100-piece MOQ?
No. Each design needs at least 100 pieces. Different sizes, materials and finishes are counted separately. Two same-size designs require at least 100 pieces each.
Will a flat zipper pouch stand on a shelf?
A flat zipper pouch has no bottom gusset and is not designed to stand upright. For stable shelf display, compare stand-up pouches or flat-bottom pouches.
Can I add a window or a hang hole?
Windows, round hang holes and Euro slots are available. Placement is reviewed against your artwork, pouch size and sealing area.
Do I need exact dimensions before requesting a quote?
No. Tell us the product, target fill weight or product dimensions, and quantity. We can help review a suitable pouch size.
What if I need fewer than 100 pieces?
Existing factory sample bags are available in all pouch types for free; you pay shipping. We dispatch them the next day after sample selection and shipping payment are confirmed. Stock availability is checked separately. Custom-printed physical samples can be arranged for a fee confirmed by our sales team; production orders remain subject to the applicable MOQ.

Free sample bags. You cover shipping.
Sample bags are available in all pouch types. The sample bags are free; shipping costs are paid by the customer. Existing sample bags are dispatched the next day after you confirm your sample selection and pay the shipping charges.
This free-sample policy applies to existing factory samples. Digital design support and artwork proofs are free. Custom-printed physical samples can be arranged on request for a fee; our sales team will confirm plate-making and any other charges before you proceed.
